Up for your consideration is a vintage, original Imperial Frontier 4515 "Double Eagle" folding hunter lockback pocket knife. This classic piece of American cutlery was proudly manufactured by the Frontier Division of the Imperial Knife Company in Providence, Rhode Island.

​The knife itself is in 100% Mint, unused condition. It has never been carried, used, or sharpened, and the factory package comes complete with its original vintage box and leather sheath.

​Blade: Mint condition with a beautiful factory satin finish and a razor-sharp original edge. The frosted "Frontier Double Eagle" factory logo etch is crisp and fully intact. Tang is stamped "4515 U / IMPERIAL S / STAINLESS A" on the mark side and stamped with the Frontier Powder Horn logo on the pile side.

​Handle & Bolsters: Beautifully grained hardwood handles with no cracks or chips. Solid brass liners, pins, and bolsters. The bolsters show a light, natural storage patina that will polish out beautifully if desired.

​Mechanism: Crisp, solid lockback functionality with a smooth draw and an authoritative factory snap. Rock-solid lockup with zero blade play.

​Packaging: The leather sheath is in immaculate condition with tight stitching. The original factory cardboard box is structurally complete but does show typical heavy shelf wear, tearing, and tattered edges specifically along the opening end flaps as pictured.
