Jim Turecek is a Connecticut knifemaker who sold his first knife in 1983. All of his knives are handmade using no computer controlled machinery. This is one of his Large Handmade Micarta Lockback models. It locks closed and you have to push the lock to open it, satin finished bolsters, two large pins in the middle and 3 small around the edge, this knife is large and in charge, blade is 3/8" thick, 9 1/2" open 5 1/2" closed, knife weighs 1lb 6oz IT'S BIG!
