ADDITIONAL INFO:      The reverse C behind the 446 in the tang stamp indicates this knife was made in 1996. It comes in the box with paper work and a black nylon sheath with the Buck Knives logo on the sheath. I bought this about five years at a show from the Buck company table. The person I bought it from told me this was a non-catalog item. It was probably in SFO for someone. I have seen one another on eBay with a Vietnam Veteran blade etch and the camouflage handle. Perhaps this knife was overrun from that order, though it has no blade etch.
