These older Mcusta Premier series knives are indeed very hard to find for sale anywhere.  This is one from about 20 years ago.  Mcusta is known for their high quality and artistic designs and this knife has it all.  The handles are wood, not certain which type of wood, with inlayed metal flowers on both sides.  There is the beginning of some corrosion on the flowers, see photos.  The blade is San Mai VG-10 Damascus clad over a VG-10 core and has never been used or resharpened and retains its factory edge.  This knife has the oiled washer system which makes the deployment of the blade silky smooth.  This one is serial number 102 out of roughly 110 produced.  Measures 4 1/2" closed OAL.  Comes with the original wooden box and nishijin pouch.  Free shipping within the USA.  If this knife didn't have these few minor corrosion spots, I would have priced it much higher.
