Up for sale is a pre-owned Spyderco Byrd Robin 2 Lightweight folding pocket knife. Engineered as a highly capable, compact EDC companion, the Robin 2 packs the high-performance ergonomics of a Spyderco design into a budget-friendly, pocket-sized footprint.

​This knife is in great, field-tested user condition. It shows light signs of honest carry, but it remains fully sound structurally and mechanically, ready to slide right into your pocket.

​Condition Report:

​The Blade: The 8Cr13MoV stainless steel blade features a fully serrated edge profile that cuts through tough materials like cordage and cardboard with absolute ease. The factory serrations are sharp and fully intact with no rolled teeth or chips. Please note there are a few minor spots of light storage patina/surface peppering on the pile side near the thumb hole (clearly visible in the high-resolution macro photos). The mark side is cleanly etched with the byrd / 8Cr13MoV logo, and the reverse features the China stamp.

​The Handle: Flawless black fiberglass-reinforced nylon (FRN) handle scales molded with bidirectional texturing for a rock-solid grip. The handle scales are entirely free of deep gouges or cracks, showing only minor pocket carry rubs. The stainless steel pocket clip is straight, tight, and can be configured for multi-position carry.

​The Mechanism: Smooth operation. The blade deploys easily via the comet-shaped thumb hole and locks open firmly with a secure mid-lock back mechanism. The lockup is solid with negligible blade play.
