These Master A knives are truly top notch and this one is no exception. They are made by a Ukrainian artist who spent considerable time in the Russian prison system where legend has it inmates learned metal working and knife making skills.  This guy takes the RPK art to a whole different level.

This one measures 11" open and is leaf spring powered with a back lock but up a bit higher sort of like mid lock/hump back style.  Centered blade, no peek (blade tip is held closed by a small cross bar actuated by the button/slide so peeking is not possible by design), strong kick and solid lock up.  The handle material is Ebonite and is a deep brown color that looks black depending on the light source.  Lots of hand engraving going on plus full file work on the back spring, swinguard, blade spine and button slide.  It's a real piece of art and they are not readily available from the maker unless you know a guy that knows a guy..
