Part of a recent 37 piece collection of knives purchased from a fellow AAPK member.  This collection includes many Marbles by Dave Shirley, Wendell Carson, S&M, Robeson, some very special Kabar knives and a few others.  

Marbles Arms owned by Mike Stewart, set out in 2001 to produce high quality American made traditional pocket knife patterns.  They contracted with Queen to produce all the parts for these knives and they were delivered to Marbles MSA in Gladstone MI for assembly and fit and finish. The production of knives done in 2002 and 2003 were done by Queen under the watchful eye of Dave Shirley at Queen's custom shop.  After this all the Marbles knives were made in China.  

This is a trapper made in 2002 with brown Italian jigged bone handles that are chip and crack free.  The carbon steel blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edges.   Measures 4 1/4" closed OAL.  Good snap and no wobble or play.  Comes with the box pictured, not certain if it's the original or not.  Free shipping within the USA.
