Knife measures 8 5/8. BV & F stamp is excellent. Blade is clearly used. Firing button return spring was repaired, all else is original. While used, this is still a very cool and hard to find piece. Scales appear to be buffalo horn. A few small hairlines on the top scale otherwise good. One tiny bug bite on the bottom scale. Fires great! Just a touch of peek when closed. Safety works. 

B.V. & F. is Beltrame Vittorio & Figli. The Beltrame in the name is the father who started in 1958. The younger Beltrames worked for BV & F in their teen years. Not many picklocks were made with this stamp and in this smaller length. Most BV&F knives were transitional and larger size. BV&F knives don't come up very often.
