This is a SOG Vulcan made in Seki Japan, long discontinued.  The VG-10 blade has not been used or resharpened and retains it's factory edge.  The handles are chip and crack free glass reinforced Zytel and show no signs of being used or carried.  This has the SOG famous Arc-Lock system which is released by moving the lock mechanism to release the blade.  Dual thumb studs for right or left hand deployment and a flipper on the spine if you prefer to throw the blade out.  Nice pocket clip.  Measures 4 1/2" closed OAL.  I've had one of these in my collection for 15 to 20 years and this is one knife I have thought about using many times, it's a smooth operating, well made and sharp knife that has a lot of appeal.  No box but I will include a zippered storage pouch.  Free shipping within the USA.
