This is what A.G. Russell called his Mediterranean Barlow.  Made in Seki Japan by some of Japan's finest craftsmen in the 1990's.  The unique feature of this knife is the side lock, which is the front side moves up to unlock the knife from the open position, you can see it in the pictures with the blade in the half open position.  The handles are red jigged bone that is chip and crack free.  The stainless steel blade, most likely AUS-6 or AUS-8, has not been used or resharpened and retains its factory edge.  Nickel silver bolsters, liners and pins, no brass on this knife with mirror polished backsprings.  Locks up tight with easy release.   Measures 3 3/8" closed OAL.  Comes with the original box.  Free shipping within the USA.
