Todd Davison sold his first knife in 1981. He makes custom traditional slip joint pocketknives, handmade one of a kind. He uses the best steel and materials to make the best knives he can. He’s made over 1,700 slip-joint knives, all from scratch, and to remake a knife he just looks at a photo. He does not have any patterns. He does all his grinds free hand, no jigs or armrests. He does all his own heat treatment. All the knives with liners are stamped inside with a serial number and his name is stamped into the tang.
