This is an antique original Humason & Beckley knife, which was made in New Britain, CT. This company was in business from approximately 1852-1916. This is an equal end pen knife that measures 3 5/8 inch closed. It features genuine mother-of-pearl handles, nickel silver bar shield, and brass liners.

Both blades have half stops. Both blades are tang stamped, and the main blade also has the H&B stamp on the flat of the blade.

The handles have amazing MoP that are free of any defects. Quite rare for a knife this old. The blades have patina, and have been used and sharpened. Both blades have good snap closed.
