This is an archetype of mid century cutlery and craftsmanship.  I have had many similar knives over the years, but none have managed to still look this good after 3/4 of a century.

Though this knife is only marked with "Made In USA", it's robust like an Ulster, Camillus, or Ka-Bar.  The blades are in very good condition, still tight with snap.  

The real jewel in the crown is the quality handle and lack of defects.  There are no chips, cracks, or gouges (apart from the intentional jigging, of course).  The coloring is nice as well, complimented well with the brass pins.

Overall, this may not be stamped with a big name, but it had to have been made by one of the top cutlery shops to have made it all these years still looking like this.
