This is a knife sold by W Bingham Co, a hardware store in Cleveland, OH.  W. Bingham Co. pocket knives were often produced by well-known knife manufacturers such as Cattaraugus Cutlery Co., New York Knife Co., and others.  I couldn't find any clear indication of who this knife may have been made by though.

Style - Two Blade Pen Knife/Jack Knife 

Date - Likely 1900-1930

Handle Material - Celluloid made to look like wood grain

Blade Condition - Surprisingly decent for the age and apparent usage.  Blades still have snap.

Handle Condition - One side is intact, but has a small crack near the skinny end bolster.  The other side has shed about 20% of its plastic which has sloughed off.
