This is a "Standard Scout" made by Camillus.  Knife has been used, carried, and resharpened and has loads of patina, but still has a lot of useful life left in it.  All blades/implements open and close with good snap and no wobble.  It has the classic "spiral punch" blade and is stamped accordingly.  Handles are jigged delrin.  Shield and bolsters are nickel silver.  This would be a great knife to put in your camping kit or a nice addition to your vintage scout knife collection.
