Great Eastern Cutlery #15 Tom's Choice TC Sawyer Barlow with Saddle Brown Sawcut Bone covers. This knife was a Charlie Campagna SFO issued in 2013, 1/28 produced. It has a cut-swedged Clip Point main with longpull along with a pen secondary, constructed of 1095 High Carbon Steel. The bolsters, liners & pins are all steel.  This knife is used and I am the second owner. I traded with a Bladeforums member for this knife back in 2014, and it has sat in my collection unused and locked in time since then.  It retains the factory edge and has not been sharpened. The etch on the blade is light but still fully visible. There are a couple of small pepper spots on the blade near the tang (see photo). The fit and finish on this knife is OUTSTANDING and it is not cliche to say, they don't make them like this anymore.  For the PPP year (2012) and also the 2013 model year, the quality of construction was a couple notches above, and in my opinion, the pinnacle for this pattern. GEC has not produced the #15 to this degree of quality since. Unfortunately, the original owner discarded the tube and so it did not come with the knife, but it is one of only 28 produced and a very rare and hard to find TC Barlow.
