This is a Winchester Congress made by Blue Grass Cutlery or possibly Queen, it's very hard to tell from that time period.  This is the slimmer Congress that Winchester made, personally, my favorite.  The scales are light brown jigged bone that is chip and crack free.  The blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edges.  Measures 3 1/2" closed OAL.  Good snap and no wobble or play.  Comes with the original box.  Free shipping within the USA.
