From a recent 38 piece collection of various manufacturers purchased from a fellow AAPK member.  This is a Congress made with stag scales that are chip and crack free. The blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edges, these blades appear to be carbon steel since there is nothing denoting stainless on the blades and the word stainless has been marked out on the box.  Measures 3 3/4" closed OAL.  Good snap and no wobble or play.  Comes with the original box.
