You are looking at a New in Original Box Russell USA Commemorative Issue 1875-1975 Delrin Barlow Knife.  The serial number is #06748 which can be found on the knife and the knife blade. The handles are Imitation Bone(Delrin) and the knife has nickel silver bolsters.  The knife is from a private collector and is MINT/NEW condition. It comes in the original box with the original paper, and storage puch Original Box with Paper and Storage Pouch. The knife measures 3 3/8 inches closed. It has never been sharpened or carried.  A beautiful collector's piece.
