This is a Carl Schlieper German Eye brand small Congress made in Solingen Germany.  This came from a collection I purchased from a wholesaler in Solingen Germany so these are new old stock.  This Congress has some very fine fiery pearl that is chip and crack free.  The blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edge.  The main blade snaps open softer than the other blades. The other blades snap open and closed just fine.  Measures just shy of 2 3/4" closed OAL.  These came with no boxes since they don't sell these in boxes in Germany.  Free shipping within the USA.  Priced accordingly with the snap in mind.
