This is a Carl Schlieper German Eye brand half Congress.  Made in the Olbertz Factory in Solingen Germany.  This a recent collection I purchased from a wholesaler in Solingen Germany so this is new old stock.  This knife has 4 eyes if you count the blade etch as 1 eye, but only 3 eyes if you don't.  This knife has chip and crack free stag handles.  The blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edges.  Deep indented bolsters and matchstrike pulls.  Measures 3 1/2" closed OAL.  Good snap and no wobble or play.  These are not sold with boxes in the German market so these have no boxes, but I will include a zippered storage pouch.   Free shipping within the USA.
