From a recent Schatt and Morgan collection purchased from a fellow AAPK member.  This is a 2006 File and Wire Series Sunfish made for the Hawkeye Knife Collectors Club.  Only 50 of these were produced and this one is serial number 44.  The handles are crimson red worm grove bone that is chip and crack free.  The bolsters have Schatt on one end and Morgan on the other, a very nice touch.  The blades are high quality ATS-34, the same used in many custom knives.  Blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edges.  Measures 3 5/8" closed OAL.  Comes with the original box.  Free shipping within the USA.
