This is a GEC made knife pick with smooth natural bone scales.  It's a handy item for opening those gator snap knife blades and also useful for opening the tubes that GEC knives come in.  There's even a hole so you can put it on you key ring if you so desire.  Whatever you do with it, it's got that cool GEC swag about it.
