Looks And Feels Alot Like Micarta But Most of Their Handles Were Coated Aluminum(?). Ti Nives Were A Custom / Production Knife Company From Georgia. Been Out of  Business Since Early 2000's. Info I Can Find Is They Built Hi Quality Knives And They Are Very Colllectible These Days. Sorry For Lack of Info. Action On This Knife Is Smooth As I Seen. Blade Rest Is Center of Frame. Photos Will Show 2 Machine Marks on One Side of Blade. Has To Be From Manufacturing And Grinding(?). Any Collectors That Care To Add To This Feel Free. Overall Knife Is 7 1/8" Long Handle Is Approx. 5/16" Thick At Widest Point. Blade Stock Just Over 1/8" Thick. Weight Is 1.9 oz.  Original Box Good Condition But Does Show Handling And Storage Marks.
