The Candiru is a nasty little parasitic fish that is native to the Amazon River. The fish is small, just like the knife it's named after, but both are tough as nails. This knife is designed to be the perfect lightweight survival kit or concealed carry knife. This Candiru is equipped with a 1095 high-carbon steel drop point blade in a Dark Earth powder coated finish. The handle features a skeletonized frame that also has a Dark Earth powder coated finish. This Candiru also features a black molded sheath with a clip plate for easy carry and storage and a survival kit that includes the following: Paracord and Cord Lock, Large and Small Split Rings, Ferro Fire Starting Rod, Emergency Whistle, and Plastic Snap Hook.
