This vintage Hubertus knife was originally made by the old company in Solingen, Germany. The blade is etched with Hubertus along with the Hubertus logo and Solingen. It also says Geschmiedet, Rostfrei and Germany. This Large size 11 Hubertus automatic has beautiful Fiery with hints of the Rainbow Pearl handles and filework throughout. This 1 of 1 knife was done by Gerry Vessella from Dryden, Mi. who has been doing this for 40 years that I know of. Gerry never does two the same so his knives are always 1 of 1. I have personally been using Gerry for about 35 years and his work is absolutely wonderful. The knife works perfectly the way it was designed, and fires with power and has no peak. This one has a Spear-Point blade which is also fileworked and white spacers with brass liners which have also been fileworked (please see pictures).
