This is a Carl Schlieper German Eye Brand 2 blade half Congress. This is from a recent collection I purchased from a wholesaler in Solingen Germany and is new old stock.  This has brown jigged bone handles that are chip and crack free.  The blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edge.  The master blade has been crinked at the factory to make the blade sit better in the well with the other blades, see pictures.   There are threads on this forum about blade crinking, it's not a defect, it is done to make the blades fit better on multibladed knives.  Deep indents on the bolsters and matchstrike pulls. Measures 3 1/2" closed OAL.  Good snap and no wobble or play.  These are sold without boxes in Germany and these have no boxes.  Free shipping within the USA.  This is the last one of these brown bone handled ones I have.  Priced lower than the others because of the crinked blade.
