This is a Schatt and Morgan equal end cigar jack made in 2008.  This must have been a very short run since there is no blade etch.  The handles are stag that is chip and crack free except for a very hairline crack on the pile side pin nearest the main blade.  The crack is stable and not a concern.  The blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edges.  Nickel silver bolsters, pins, sheild and liners, which is a nice feature since there is no brass.  Measures 4 1/4" closed OAL.  Good snap and no wobble or play.  Comes with the original box.  Free shipping within the USA.
