This may well have been the first Times Keeper that Garrett Finney constructed for Tuna Valley as a prototype.  I know of no other Queen examples of this knife in existence. There were Times Keeper knives made for Tuna Valley and you can see them on the Tuna Valley thread that Oscar has been kind enough to document TV knives.  This is a Queen made lockback that has the file worked blade and backspring.  The resin handles have actual watch parts in them and are chip and crack free.  The blade has not been used or resharpened and retains it's factory edge.  The bolsters are engraved to match the watch parts theme.  Measures 4 1/2" closed OAL.  The action of the blade and release are a little off, seem to be a bit loose, which is not uncommon for prototypes, but you aren't buying this knife to use.  Comes with the COA signed by Garrett Finley.  No box but I will include a zippered storage pouch.  Free shipping within the USA.
