An older Solingen-made Hen & Rooster – great collectible knife with hammer-forged carbon steel blades.Original pre-1980 (most likely 1960's to 70's) Hen & Rooster knife. Made in the original Bertram factory on contract for Voss Cutlery Company. Nickel silver bolsters and pins, brass liners. Fiery genuine mother of pearl handles. In original box.
