Wendell Carson started making knives in 1998 and sourced his knife parts from various manufacturers, mostly from Queen.  Mr Carson used unique handle materials and hand finished each knife to a very high standard.  His attention to quality and the differences in handle materials is what attracted me to his knives. This is one gorgeous trapper!  The parts were sourced from Queen for this one.  The handles are beautiful mammoth bark ivory that has beautiful color and texture.  Natural fissures in the ivory are not chips or cracks and this one has no chips or cracks.  The blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edges.  Fluted bolster and no brass on this knife. Measures 4 1/8" COL.  Good snap and no wobble or play.  No box, but I will include a zippered storage pouch.  Free shipping within the USA.
