This is a Winchester Blue Grass Cutlery Congress, possibly made by Queen for Winchester.  The handles are some very nice antique green jigged bone that is chip and crack free.  The carbon steel blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edges.  There are rub marks on just about every blade, which probably came from someone pushing in on the blades while opening them since the pull is a bit strong on all 4 blades, about a 7, see pictures. Beautiful bow tie shield on this.  Measures 4" closed OAL.  Good snap and no wobble or play.  Comes with the original box.  Free shipping within the USA.
