The handle materials are a higher quality and the carbon steel blades are 1095 carbon steel.  The bolsters are fancier and many have nickel silver liners and pins. Made very much like Schatt and Morgan's and in some ways better. This knife is part of a 12 piece collection I purchased.  This Congress has ebony handles that are chip and crack free.  The carbon steel blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edges.  There are carbon spots on the top spin of the two large blades, see pictures.
