This is a Winchester Congress by Blue Grass Cutlery, possibly made by Queen.  The handles are red jigged bone.  Not sure if this is Winchester jigging or banana jigging?  Handles are chip and crack free.  The carbon steel blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edges.  Measures 4 1/8" closed OAL.  Great snap and no wobble or play.  The pull on this is a strong 6.  Some slight blade rub.  Comes with the original box and paperwork.  Free shipping within the USA.
