This is a well used Boker USA Cigar Jack Knife.  Handles are chip and crack free jigged delrin.  The blades show significant loss from sharpening and have some carbon stains and pitting,  but there's still a lot of good useful life left.  Both blades open and close with good snap and no wobble.  If you're looking for a minty knife to put on display, this isn't it, but if you need a good honest old knife to put in your pocket and use, this one will do the job.  Priced to sell.
