This is a Carl Schlieper German Eye Brand 2 blade half Congress. This is from a recent collection I purchased from a wholesaler in Solingen Germany and is new old stock.  This has brown jigged bone handles that are chip and crack free.  The blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edge.  Deep indents on the bolsters and matchstrike pulls. Measures 3 1/2" closed OAL.  Good snap and no wobble or play.  These are sold without boxes in Germany and these have no boxes.  Free shipping within the USA.
