I believe this is Case 640045R utility knife that is about 3 5/8" long. Used. Blades have rust, Has not been cleaned up and is being sold as found. Blades are tight and have good snap. Delrin handles. Has 3 dots and is from 1977 the best I can tell. Still a very usable knife.  Fully functional.
