HENRY SEARS CHICAGO 1937 Stiletto Switchblade Knife.
I don't know much about this one but it is unique. I do know that it was not made in 1937 and probably not in Italy. Jet black plastic 9" stiletto with flat ground blade and a nail nick. Brass liners. All four guards are solid, not hollow. Tang is stamped "HENRY SEARS CHICAGO 1937". Blade is sharp and pointy. Probably the predecessor to the inexpensive Milano knives from Asia. Sort of a uniquely made knife. Front bolsters move probably because the knife doesn't have pins in the front bolsters. Sliding lock moves up and down freely but does work. Unused and unsharpened.
