You are looking at a Rare Vintage Smith & Wesson "CALIFORNIA ISSUE" Folding-Blade Pocket Knife, Circa Early-1990s, Made in U.S.A.  Model# SW1265S.  Features a Partially-Serrated 440 Stainless-Steel Clip-Point Blade with Satin Finish and a Contoured Black-Anodized Aircraft-Aluminum Handle with Smooth Bone Inlays, Steel Socket Screws & Pivot, Round Semi-Recessed Button Release (BO/BC), "Tip-Down" Belt/Pocket Clip and a Lanyard Opening.  Blade has "Smith & Wesson" over "CALIFORNIA ISSUE" over "U.S.A." laser-etched on the main side.  Measures about 5" OAL.  This Knife may have been lightly-handled but remains unused and in EXCELLENT, CLEAN, CLEAN CONDITION OVERALL.  The blade is immaculate with factory-original edges, fires fast with solid lock-up and closes deep into the handle without peaking.  The handle's black-anodized finish shows a tiny touches of wear mostly at a couple of edges but no major issues, and the Smooth Bone Inlays remain free of chips & cracks.  Includes the original box as shown.  Should make a nice, harder-to-find edition to your collection!  Please feel free to ask questions before bidding or buying.  Must be at least 21 years of age to purchase.  No foreign sales/shipping.  Thanks again for your interest!!
