This is a sweet little Boker USA whittler, model number 8313.  It has yellow smooth delrin handles, nickel silver bolsters, and a fancy nickel silver shield.  This is a true split back whittler with the center brass liner tapering from full to nothing and the main clip blade resting on both backsprings.  The knife has not been used, carried or resharpened.  It is in very good condition.  For the sake of full disclosure, I must let it be known that the secondary pen blade has a tendency to bump against the main blade when closing.  It's requires touching the main blade lightly to move it over just enough to accomodate the pen blade.  At 3 1/2 inches closed, this sleek little whittler is the perfect size for daily carry.  Based on the 1973 shield dating, this knife appears to be right at 50 years old.
