VINTAGE 1960'S NOS BONSA METAL HANDLE BOBC
Offering a vintage 1960'S ITALIAN Bonsa BOBC metal handle clip blade auto. Never sharpened or carried. Overall length 19.3cm-7 5/8", clip blade is 8.2cm-3 1/4". The front blade tang marked ROSTFREI, reverse is blank. We bought 50 of these at a show in 1980'S and were told by the seller that they are BONSA "PART KNIVES", meaning that they were assembled from part left in the old factory by BONZA who had purchased the factory. Bonsa was a German Manufature, these seem very Italian. There were two blades offered, clip and spear, the clip being the rarest. BONSA regrettably closed their doors in 1986, after almost a century of knife making. No box or papers. Thanks for looking!
