This is a very rare vintage German knife and can be viewed in the book "Foreign Spring Steel" on page 46. Unique sliding button firing mechanism. Blade is full. Satin finish  blade is stamped "SOLINGEN CUTLERY GERMANY" on the front tang and "D.B.G.M." on the rear tang. Also stamped "SPRINGER" on the rear bolster.  Overall length is approx. 7 5/8" not including the lanyard ring. Bone scales with no cracks or chips. Nickel silver bolsters. Everything functions as intended. Beautiful knife. The only issue is the blade peaks when closed - could be fixed by one of the repairmen but I would display as is.
