Case XX RED Stag Hunter 5165; 1950-64; Extremely Clean
Up for sale is an EXTREMELY CLEAN Case XX stag-handled single blade hunter from the 1940-64 era. The knife does NOT APPEAR to have ever been used...as can be seen from lack of scratches and shine on the blade. It does have some light spotting on the blade...testament to lack of oiling during its 60 - 80 year life. The RED stag is stunning, the bolsters are VERY clean. This was one of my "forever" knives...but I just have too many nice knives and cannot leave them all for my twin daughters to deal with should something happen to me.
Don't miss out on this one. You will probably never come across a cleaner 1940-64 red stag hunter than this one to add to your collection.
