13 inch Stag Stiletto 1970s
1970s, 13" Stag Stiletto. Truly excellent "new" condition. Purchased in Rome in the mid 70s and immediately placed in a collection showcase. Always kept open and never used or sharpened. Flat blade grind, tang stamp is the script "Rostfrei" on an angle. The thick slab of stag on the top scale (shaved for the button) gives the knife more heft than a horn scaled knife of the same size. Brass liners, polished stainless bolsters; one-piece spring and spine. Rock solid lock-up, no peeking; Some minor age spots on the spring but no rust or corrosion. No cracks, dings, or scratches.
