This is a Carl Schielper German Eye Brand 4 blade Congress.  Made in the Olbertz Factory in Solingen Germany. This comes from a recent collection I purchased from a wholesaler in Solingen Germany so these are new old stock.   This 4 blade Congress has stag handles that are chip and crack free.   The blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edges.  Indented bolsters with matchstrike pulls.  Measures 3 1/2" closed OAL.  The main blade has a very tiny amount of side to side movement when open.  These are sold in Germany without boxes so there is no box, but I will include a zippered storage pouch.  Free shipping within the USA.
