This is a Carl Schlieper German Eye brand half Congress.  Made in the Olbertz Factory in Solingen Germany.  This a recent collection I purchased from a wholesaler in Solingen Germany so this is new old stock.  This knife has 4 eyes if you count the blade etch as 1 eye, but only 3 eyes if you don't.  This knife has chip and crack free stag handles.  One of the handles has come unglued on one end, see pictures.  This should be an easy fix with some epoxy and a clamp.  The handle is pinned so there is no risk of it coming off.  The blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edge.  Deep indented bolsters and matchstrike pulls.  Measures 3 1/2" closed OAL.  Good snap and no wobble or play.  This are not sold with boxes in the German market so these have no boxes .  Free shipping within the USA.  This one is priced much lower than the other one listed which has no issues if you are interested in that one.
