Actual ERFURT Vintage EAST GERMAN SECRET POLICE Switchblade Knife
East German Secret Police knife that you may have heard mentioned previously but this is the actual East German Secret Police knife made in Italy in the 1980's - 90's. Stamped "ERFURT" on the tang and features the East German secret police ( Stasi ) emblem/seal on the handle. Micarta handle. Back lock blade release. Overall length is 7 3/4" and it is approx. 1 1/4" wide. It is a hefty and solid knife. In original unused and unsharpened condition. Blade opens fast and locks open solid.
