This is a Mint Condition 2nd Gen FRANK BUSTER CELEBRATED CUTLERY SOLINGEN GERMANY FIGHT'N ROOSTER 2-Blade Bar Style Trapper Folding Pocket Knife with an Unused and Unsharpened Carbon Steel Skinner Main Blade with a Common Nail Pull and with the Fight'n Rooster Name and Logo Etched on the Front Face, an Unused and Unsharpened Carbon Steel Spey Point Secondary Blade with a Common Nail Pull, a Great Looking Set of Multi-Colored Red, Gold, Orange and Black Glitter Celluloid Scales, a Polished Nickel Silver Elongated Fancy Crest Shaped Shield on the Front Scale, Three (3) Brass Handle Pins in Each Scale, Brightly Polished Nickel Silver Rounded Bolsters and End Caps, Polished Brass Liners, Two (2) Brightly Polished Steel Back Springs, Made by Frank Buster Celebrated Cutlery in Solingen, Germany.

This is another knife from my personal collection of knives with Christmas Tree celluloid scales and this is another nice one. No, it’s not a Sowbelly. Frank Buster called this pattern a Bar Style Trapper. And this one has a different blade configuration that the standard blades one. The knife has an unused and unsharpened carbon steel skinner blade with a common nail pull. Etched on the front face is FIGHT'N ROOSTER with the two Fighting Roosters logo in between.  It still has its original factory mirror polish and it’s original factory edge. Stamped on the front tang of the main blade is FIGHT'N ROOSTER (in an arch) (over) the two Fight'n Rooster logo (over) SOLINGEN. Stamped on the back tang of the main blade is FRANK BUSTER (in an arch) (over) CELEBRATED (over) CUTLERY (over) GERMANY. The secondary blade is an unused and unsharpened carbon steel long pen blade with a common nail pull, its original factory mirror polish and its original factory edge. Stamped on the front tang of the pen blade is FIGHT'N ROOSTER (in an arch) (over) the two FIGHT'N Rooster logo (over) GERMANY. Stamped on the back tang of the main blade is FRANK BUSTER (in an arch) (over) CELEBRATED (over) CUTLERY (over) GERMANY. Both blades still have excellent hard snap on open and close. The knife has a great looking set of multi-colored red, gold, orange and black Christmas Tree scales. They’re in perfect condition with no cracks, splits or missing chips or slivers. There's a brightly polished nickel silver elongated crest style shield shield on the front scale. There are three (3) brass handle pins in each scale. The knife has brightly polished nickel silver rounded bolsters and end caps. The liners are brightly polished brass.  The two brightly polished steel back springs are blemish free with no cracks or breaks and they still operate as originally designed. This knife is 1 of only 200 made with the Christmas Tree scales and with the Spey/skinner blade configuration. This gorgeous FIGHT'N Rooster Bar Style Trapper Jack Pocket Knife is 4” long. It’s a 2nd Gen knife and was made between 1982-1994. Additional photos or information upon request.
