Moore Maker Split Backspring Whittler by Queen Smooth Yellow Bone 1999
This is a Moore Maker whittler made by Queen in 1999. The handles are smooth yellow bone which is chip and crack free. The blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edges. This is a split backspring whittler where the two springs are wedged to apply more pressure on the main blade to keep it open. The pull on the main blade is hard, about a 7 to 8. The pull on the other two blades is 5 to 6. The blade configuration is interesting with a large clip blade and a short clip blade and a lambsfoot blade. Measures 3 1/2" closed OAL. No box, but I will include a zippered storage pouch. Free shipping within the USA.
