This is a 1992 WINCHESTER -TRADE MARK- MADE IN USA Model No. 2078 2-Blade Physician’s Folding Pocket Knife with an Unused and Unsharpened Carbon Steel Long Spear Point Blade with a Common Nail Pull, its Original Factory Mirror Polish, its Original Factory Edge and the Original WINCHESTER Stamping on the Front Face, an Unused and Unsharpened Carbon Steel Pen Secondary Blade with a Common Nail Pull, it's Original Factory Mirror Polish and it's Original Factory Edge, a Really Gorgeous Set of Multi-Colored Red, Green, Gold and Black Christmas Tree Glitter Celluloid Scales, an Elongated Pointed Oval Nickel Silver Shield Inlaid Flush in the Front Scale, Three (3) Nickel Silver Handle Pins in Each Scale, Brightly Polished Nickel Silver Squared Bolsters, Brightly Polished Nickel Silver Squared End Caps, Brightly Polished Brass Liners, Two (2) Polished Steel Back Springs, 3 1/8" in Length, an AUTHORIZED Reproduction Issued by the Blue Grass Cutlery Company in 1992 and Made in the USA.

Once again this is another knife from my personal Christmas Tree collection.  These ‘92 Winchester Knives were made under contract by Blue Grass Cutlery as reproductions of the original using the same tools and dies the original were made with. This knife has an unused and unsharpened carbon steel long spear point main blade with a common nail pull.  It also has its original factory mirror polish and it's original factory edge.  It also still has the original black ink stamping on the front face that reads WINCHESTER (over) TRADE MARK. Stamped on the front tang is WINCHESTER (over) -TRADE MARK- (over) MADE IN USA. Stamped on the rear tang is 2078 (over) ‘92. The other blade is an unused and unsharpened carbon steel pen secondary blade. It still has its original factory mirror polish and it's original factory edge.  Stamped on the front tang is WINCHESTER (over) -TRADE MARK- (over) MADE IN USA.  Both blades still have excellent, hard and loud snap on both open and close and hard distinctive snap on the half-stops. This knife has a gorgeous set multi-colored red, gold, green and black glitter Christmas Tree celluloid scales. The glitter is still all nice are, bright and clear. The scales are free of any cracks, splits, loose or peeling edges or missing chips or slivers. There are three (3) nickel silver handle pins in each scale. There’s an elongated nickel silver pointed oval shield inlaid flush in the front scale.  The knife has brightly polished nickel silver squared bolsters and brightly polished nickel silver square end caps. The liners are polished brass. The knife has two (2) polished steel back springs free of any cracks or breaks and both continue to perform the functions they were designed to perform.  The knife is just a few handling scratches shy of dead mint.  The knife is 3 1/8"long.
